CNY15 IN KL - DAY 3 / 4

Continuation! :)

We managed to wake up on time on the third day. Packed all the things and we left to KWC first tapi it was closed. Sigh. So we cabbed down to Sunway from there. FYI, it's only RM25 from behind BTS there to Sunway okay people, inclusive of toll - for normal non exec cabs. Good deal aye?

Remember the honest taxi driver we got on the first day? We got the tip from him. He said that even if metered & there's traffic jam, the fare won't go beyond RM30. So don't be cheated okay. :)

Again another touristy shot above. Hahaha. Who cares? Walked straight in to SL. There was loads of people, another disappointment. Should have sticked to our initial itinerary.

Mia gets left behind again for the kiddy rides, but she swam and was having fun in the lazy river and the wave pool. So she had her share as well.

We didn't manage to go to all the parks in SL. Partially because of the crowd, another is cause we're with kids, so it's harder for us to move and technically, the kids always comes first. Before us. So as long as the kids are having fun, then we are too.

Stayed in the park till it closes? We head straight out and changed at the mall instead cause we know the toilets are gonna have human traffic and it's gonna be damn dirty. Since we're going to go back to our apartment straight after SL, so we forego bathing at that point of time.

Cab drivers were trying to tout, again. Asking for RM55 for the trip back to BB. Crazy or what??! So we went out to the taxi stand in front of the mall and got a cab there - where it's only RM27 flat, excl. toll of RM1.60 and the RM5 surcharge if you were to take the cab between 4pm-8pm.

Wanted to go to Chinatown after the kids slept, but we're unsure if it's open or not since it's CNY. My mom, my sister and myself just went out to eat then head back to the apartment. There was nothing much on the last day as well. Went to KWC but there wasn't anything that interest me.

Cabbed down to TBS at RM40 in exec cab, then we had our lunch and it's back to Singapore. The jam was super duper terrible. We reached Larkin at 11pm and guess what time we reached home? 5am people. 5 freaking am. That's like the journey back to KL.

Anyway, that's it for the getaway. Even though I didn't get to unwind as much as I wanted to, I still had quality bonding time with my family and that's more precious.

P/S: The dinner is tomorrow! Should I be excited already?? I'm definitely looking forward to leaving work early though. :D
